Update 14:48: Mattia Stenico will also start, this has been adjusted in the message below.

The Race of the Falling Leaves returns, and with it comes history’s weight.

For the fifth autumn in succession, Tadej Pogačar lines up as the man to beat — and the man chasing immortality. Should he triumph again, the Slovenian would equal Fausto Coppi’s all-time record of five victories, and become the first rider ever to win Il Lombardia five times in a row.

🏆 Most Wins

  • 5 — 🇮🇹 Fausto Coppi (1946, 1947, 1948, 1949, 1954)
